My class is not only about doing Asana which is meant to be Yoga, but it is more about knowing the need of individual asana to a human body.
Our class starts with a yogic breathing, with an explanation how inhalation and exhalation effect on our mind and body. The more you understand the correct way of breathing you will have a unique experience of liveliness. You will have more controlled breathing experience you ever had, which will make you feel relaxed and stress free.
Before you get into an Advance Asana, we make your muscles and joint prepare with a gentle movement of basic Asana.
During Advance Asana you will have a complete explanation of alignment, breathing pattern and gazing which will help you to achieve the final posture of asana without any difficulties. We will explain you the basic benefit of individual asana during the entire class. The session will end up with a relaxation technique and a feedback with any queries…… “NAMASTE”.
